Rent one-of-a-kind bags on a plan. Each plan gives you a number of bags over a few months — one at a time, returned and swapped (or kept another cycle) at the end of every cycle.
Before you subscribe
- How many bags can I rent at once?
- One. When you return it and we have checked it, you rent the next one.
- What if I want to keep a bag longer?
- Before its due date, choose to continue with the same bag for another cycle. It uses one bag from your plan, with no late fee.
- What happens if I return a bag late?
- A daily late fee applies until it is returned. Each plan lists its rate.
- What if a bag gets damaged?
- We check every returned bag. Wear and tear is charged on a fixed scale: minor, moderate or severe.
- Is there a security deposit?
- Plans can include a refundable security deposit — the amount is shown on each plan above. You pay it with the plan fee; late fees and damage charges are deducted from it, and the balance is refunded when your plan ends and your last bag is back. If a bag is not returned, the deposit is forfeited.
- Can I get a refund of the plan fee?
- No. The plan fee is paid upfront and is non-refundable. Only the security deposit is refundable.
